Orders over $250 will ship free of charge via UPS Ground.


Please review individual product pages for shipping timelines. As a small business we do not ship partial orders. We will ship your order when ALL of the jewelry is ready. Please contact our Concierge at  if you have questions or place a separate order for each item. 



In-stock jewelry without back engraving ships next business day. 

In-stock 'coin' jewelry with back engraving ships in 3-7 business days bar (exceptions: bar styles, lapel pins, cufflinks are all made-to-order).

In-stock jewelry that needs to be dipped in gold ships in 5 business days. 

Not in-stock or made-to-order jewelry can take between 10-20 business days, especially if purchased between April - June. These are made from scratch!


NOTE: Expedited shipping (for example, UPS Next Day) does NOT guarantee a sooner ship date, only a faster arrival. For example, if an item in your order is not in-stock or made-to-order, it can take between 10-20 business days. Once it arrives, we will ship it based on the shipping label purchased.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 30 days after shipment and can offer store credit up to 45 days after shipment. 

To receive a full refund on an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please click HERE to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label. 

If you are looking to exchange an item, please click HERE to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label. The new item must be treated as a new order.

Pieces that have been customized with an engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and or if we made a mistake with your order.


If your return meets the above requirements a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at 


We offer complimentary repairs for up to 6 months after purchase.
